Refunds for cancellations will be issued through January 31, 2019. Beginning February 1, 2019, any cancellation will become a dollar for dollar credit towards the prevailing rate for TBSE 2019. After March 1, 2019 there will be no credits.
Yes, if you have a doctor or team member who cannot attend, you may bring another doctor or team member in his/her place at no additional cost (unless you are switching out a team member for a doctor – in this case, you will pay the prevailing rate for the doctor, less the amount already paid for the team member).
Badge pick up will begin on Friday, November 10, 2019 at 7:30 AM in the exhibit hall (at the Madow booth).
14 CE credits are given for TBSE 2019, and the course verification will be attached to your badge when you pick it up from the Madow booth.
The exhibit hall is in Rennaissance Hotel, and the hours are as follows:

Not only are dental students allowed to attend, we highly encourage dental students to come to TBSE to learn what they aren’t taught in dental school. A dental student will pay the prevailing team member price.
You will have approximately 1.5 hours for lunch and there are many restaurants right in the Baltimore Inner Harbor.
